Telehealth is available at no cost to all PEBB members and their dependents enrolled in a medical plan. Additionally Canopy offers 24/7 crisis counseling.

Free Counseling Sessions
Log in to the Canopy website to connect with a counselor. You can also call 800-433-2320. Receive between 3 and 8 free counseling sessions per incident per year, depending on your employer.
Crisis Counseling
Access 24/7 crisis counseling, 365 days per year by calling 800-433-2320.
Anonymous Peer Support Community
Join an anonymous peer support community 24/7/365 to connect with others dealing with similar issues. Chats are moderated by licensed clinicians. You can also participate in mental health courses and self-assessments. Log in to Canopy and select the “Peer Support – Chat now” button from the top ribbon.
Life Coach
Connect with a life coach through the Canopy website to focus on your goals and get personalized support. You can also call 800-433-2320.
Enlight
Access digital therapy and support through Enlight, a digital companion. Take a behavioral health assessment, track your goals, find relaxation tools, and more. Log in to the Canopy Health App to get started.
Menopause program
Enroll to get personalized support for perimenopause and menopause. To get started you can go to www.modahealth.com/menopause, email menopausecare@modahealth.com, or call 833-960-0580.
Maternity program
Enroll online to get access to personalized, one-on-one support from maternity health coaches throughout your pregnancy and your baby’s first year. You can also email maternitycare@modahealth.com or call 503-402-5861 to get started.
Social Wellness Advocate Program
Get confidential support for your social needs. An advocate will help you find resources to help with access to food, transportation to medical appointments, housing, paying utility bills, and more. Email sdoh@modahealth.com or call 833-960-8988 to get started.
